A Most Unsymphonic Pigeon is a place where my procrastinations can gather, workshop things, swap knitting patterns, join unions, and basically amplify their strength against creative projects of supposedly greater significance.
My poetry collection from 2011 -2013. It’s still available via Lulu. Be quick, though, demand is high — it recently went double cardboard! (12 units sold)
My first novel. A work of literary fiction, avant-garde in nature, rather badly behaved at times. It is the essence of the poetic period above expanded into an experimental prose. Currently, it’s in a spelling paddock, due to return for a rewrite this spring, then maybe another run at some publishers. That failing, it will do its best to go down swinging as a self-published piece.
My latest piece, which is actually a collaboration with my dad. I’m editing the last draft now (Jun ‘21). A novelette that chronicles our trip to Greece as viewed through my eyes, in my life situation at the time, and weaves in my dad’s memoirs of his childhood and early adult life.
